Weddings, they have this ability to sweep me into my dreams.
Fetish for waltz, yea think enchanted.

Well, when i attended my cousin's wedding,
emptiness successfully engulfed me.
I don't subscribe to pragmatism,
but how is a guest supposed to feel,
like happy that you are tying the knot,
saying goodbye to freedom?

Sometimes, being single frees you of a lot of problems.
The recent spate of breakups by my tight friends has numbed me a whole lot.
To what love is.
How people can poof, and change in a snap.
Its a tricky affair.
But then again,
i still stand by:
"at the end of it all, you know you were happy"
I know I am happy now,
That's all that matters.
